MISSION & VISION
The Mountain Valley Arts Council (MVAC) was founded in 1970 as a nonprofit service organization dedicated to fostering the artistic and cultural vitality of Marshall County and neighboring communities. Our purpose is to aid, encourage, and correlate
activities which promote the arts in Marshall County. We envision the arts as an integral part of education, life long learning and a healthy and vibrant community.
